【Abstract】 The identification of postgraduate intellectual property rights is not complete,which exists in many public domains.The paper establishes a game model for the supervision of graduate intellectual property rights,makes an analysis of the significance of Nash equilibrium in this model,and points out that the uncertainty of the future value of postgraduate intellectual property rights makes the identification of property rights become progressive and the equilibrium condition of postgraduate intellectual property rights become temporary.Therefore,graduate students have the incentive and motivation of the loss of postgraduate intellectual property rights,indicating that the university must strengthen its related supervision.更多还原
