【摘要】 阐述了叶尖气压脉动法测量对旋风机两级叶轮转速的原理与操作方法,搭建了对旋风机两级叶轮转速测试硬件平台,并基于LabVIEW软件开发了自动测试软件系统。实现了两级叶轮叶尖气压脉动信号的自动采集、显示与处理,两级叶轮转速的计算与显示,测试报表的自动生成。经实验证明,测试系统使用方便、测试精确。更多还原

【Abstract】 The principles and operation methods of impellers rev calculation of counter-rotating fan by measuring the frequency of the pressure in the tip of the impeller blade was elaborated.A hardware platform for testing two impellers rev was built,and the automated testing software was developed based on LabVIEW.The tip pressure pulse signal of two impellers could be acquired,displayed and processed automatically.The automatic calculation,display and the generation of test report was realized by this testing system.The experiments showed that this system was easy to use,and the results were accurate.更多还原
