转基因植酸酶玉米主要营养成分及其猪消化率的测定
Nutrition composition of phytase transgenic corn and determination for its digestibility in pig
【摘要】 首先,采用国标法对转基因玉米中概略养分、氨基酸、矿物质、维生素和脂肪酸含量进行分析;然后,采用完全随机区组设计将18头杜×长×大三元杂交公猪按体重和窝别随机分成2组,分别饲喂转基因植酸酶玉米和非转基因玉米组成的饲粮,测定概略养分和能量的消化率。结果表明,转基因植酸酶玉米的植酸酶活性(7134 FTU/kg干物质)显著高于非转基因玉米植酸酶活性(126 FTU/kg干物质);转基因植酸酶玉米中非植酸磷含量比非转基因玉米高1倍,其他营养成分含量与非转基因玉米基本相近。两种玉米粗蛋白质和粗脂肪表观消化率无显著差异(P>0.05),而其他营养物质消化率转基因植酸酶玉米均显著高于非转基因玉米(P<0.05)。因此,在猪饲粮配制中,如果用转基因植酸酶玉米替代非转基因玉米,将提高饲粮消化能值和非植酸磷含量,从而减少无机磷源的添加量。
【Abstract】 In the experiment,the contents of proximate components,amino acids,mineral,vitamin,and fatty acids were mainly analyzed according to the methods proposed by Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China.Eighteen growing barrows originated from the mating of Duroc boars to Landrance × Yorkshire sows were randomly allocated by bodyweight and litter to the 2 diets(phytase transgenic corn,nontransgenic corn)with 9 pigs per diet to evaluate the digestibilities of nutrients and energy of the two corns.The results showed that the phytase activity and non-phytate phosphorus in phytase transgenic corn were higher than those in nontransgenic corn.The nutrient composition of other nutrients in phytase transgenic corn was similar to that in nontransgenic corn.The digestibilities of nutrients and energy except for crude protein and ether extract of phytase transgenic corn were significant higher than those of nontransgenic corn(P < 0.05).The results indicated that if phytase transgenic corn replaces nontransgenic corn in the diet formulation,the contents of dietary digestible energy and non-phytate phosphorus could be increased,and less inorganic P was needed to be supplemented to diet.
