钢铁企业生产资源平衡计划系统分析与设计
Analysis and design of productive resources balance planning system in iron and steel enterprise
【摘要】 针对市场需求剧烈变动环境下,钢铁企业如何利用有限产能、平衡资源分配、优化产品组合的问题,提出了通过生产资源平衡计划系统来解决的方法。在系统功能需求分析的基础上,通过数据流图、实体关系图、用例图及时序图构建钢铁生产资源平衡计划系统模型,详细描述系统的设计目标、业务流程及子模块协作机制。该系统以基于数学优化和智能计算的优化计算引擎为核心,综合考虑盈利指标、市场需求、生产能力等因素进行资源平衡,为生产与销售提供决策支持。
【Abstract】 To make use of the capacity properly,to balance resource allocation,and to optimize products combination in steel enterprise under the situation of dramatically changing demand,the productive resources balance planning(RBP) system is constructed to solve the problem.The system model of RBP is defined based on system function requirement analysis through modeling tools like data flow diagram,ER diagram,and sequence diagram.The goal of the system,the work process and the interactions between parts of system are described in the model.The RBP system can balance the productive resources allocation by considering a range of factors,such as profit,demand,production capacity and so on,and adopting an optimization engine consisting of mathematical optimization and intelligence algorithms,therefore has the ability of providing further support for production and sale.
