【摘要】 目的了解攀枝花市东区对疟疾的诊断能力,为下一步做好防治工作提供决策依据。方法对攀枝花市东区2006-2010年网络直报系统疟疾疫情数据进行统计和分析。结果攀枝花市东区近5年共报告疟疾疫情31例,实验室诊断20例,其中未分型16例;临床诊断11例。结论攀枝花市东区辖区内各医院疟疾实验室诊断比例不高,需大幅度的提高,为疟疾的防治提供准确的实验室支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide evidence for the development of malaria prevention and control strategies by understanding the diagnostic capacity of malaria.Methods Epdemic data from Panzhihua Eastern district direct network reporting system during 2006-2010 was collected and analyzed.Result Totally 31 malaria cases were reported in 5 years in Panzhihua Eastern district,laboratory diagnosis of 20 cases,in which 16 were undifferentiated type;clinical diagnosis of 11 cases.Conclusion The proportion of malaria laboratory diagnosis is not high in the hospitals in Panzhihua Eastern district,that should be improved significantly to provide accurate laboratory support for the prevention and control of malaria.更多还原
