畲药食凉茶组方结合西药治疗痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压30例
"Shiliangcha Prescription" of "She medicine" combined with western medicine in treating essential hypertension of damp-phlegm pattern: A report of 30 cases
【摘要】 目的观察畲药食凉茶组方结合西药治疗痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各30例),两组均采用西医常规疗法,治疗组同时加用畲药食凉茶组方。两组疗程均为2个月,观察中医证候疗效及血压、NO、ET水平变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组中医证候总有效率分别为93.3%、70.0%;组间中医证候疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,两组中医证候积分均明显下降(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组收缩压、舒张压及NO、ET治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,收缩压、舒张压及NO、ET差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论畲药食凉茶组方结合西药可有效用于痰湿壅盛型原发性高血压的治疗。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Shiliangcha Prescription" combined with western medicine in treating essential hypertension of damp-phlegm pattern.Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with "Shiliangcha Prescription" combined with western medicine and control group in which 30 cases were treated with western medicine,with a course of 2 months.The clinical efficacy,levels of blood pressure,NO and ET were observed.Results The total effective rates were 93.3% and 70.0% in treatment group and control group respectively.The difference of therapeutic effects was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The symptom scores were decreased significantly in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was significant between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,NO and ET in both groups between before and after treatment(P<0.05);there were significant differences in systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,NO and ET between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion "Shiliangcha Prescription" of "She medicine" combined with western medicine is quite effective for the essential hypertension of damp-phlegm pattern.
