108m穹顶旋转滑移施工关键点的控制与研究
Control and Study of Key Construction Points of 108m Dome Rotation Sliding
【摘要】 以鄂尔多斯机场新航站楼108m穹顶为背景,介绍旋转滑移施工从方案设计到顺利施工过程中的总体思路,从滑移单元划分、临时支撑体系设计、滑轨设计、滑移顶推设备、牵引力的计算、同步控制、稳定性控制、分级试滑移、结构体系边界条件的选取、施工全过程模拟、拆撑过程模拟等11个方面展开介绍了滑移施工过程中应该考虑的关键控制点,通过对11个施工关键点的控制,保证了108m穹顶滑移施工的顺利完成。
【Abstract】 Based on the 108m dome of Erdos Airport extension project,the general idea of rotating sliding construction from scheme design to smooth construction is introduced.The control points in the construction are considered in the sliding construction process.These 11 points are division of sliding unit,design of temporary support system,design of sliding rails,sliding incremental launching equipments,calculation of traction force,synchronization control,stability control,grade test sliding,the selection of boundary conditions,the simulation of construction process,the simulation of process of support unloading etc.Through the control to the 11 key points in the construction,the smoothly finish of the 108m dome sliding construction is ensured.
