【摘要】 通过分析国内外的住宅产业化发展历程及特点,总结我国的住宅建筑业发展现代化、产业化的优势。在此基础上对住宅产业化集团模式提出设想,并分析产业化集团模式实施的优势及所面临的困难,最后提出几点促进我国住宅产业化良性发展的建议,为我国更有效地推进住宅产业化进程和企业产业化结构调整提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of development process and characteristics of housing industrialization at home and abroad,the advantages of housing industrialization for China construction industry are concluded.The group model of housing industrialization is assumed,and the advantages and difficulties of realizing the model are researched.Finally,the advices of improving the benign development of housing industrialization are concluded to give a reference to develop the housing industrialization and structure adjustment of Chinese corporations.更多还原
