【摘要】 目的:探讨子宫内膜和卵巢原发性双癌的临床病理特征、诊治及预后。方法:回顾性分析10例子宫内膜和卵巢原发性双癌患者的临床病理资料和诊治情况。结果:10例患者中异常阴道流血或流液7例。所有患者术前超声检查均提示盆腔包块,但无一例术前确诊。术后病理检查提示7例均为子宫内膜样腺癌合并卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌,两种癌分期均为Ⅰ期者8例。10例均行根治性手术,9例辅以术后化疗。1例失访,9例术后随访1～44个月,现均存活。结论:子宫内膜和卵巢原发性双癌不同于单纯子宫内膜癌或卵巢癌,其发病年龄轻,且发现时多为Ⅰ期。术前诊断较困难,以根治性手术结合术后化疗为主要治疗方式,预后较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This study was to evaluate the clinicopathological features,diagnosis,therapy and prognosis of synchronous primary cancers of the endometrium and ovary.Methods:The clinicopathological and follow-up data of 10 patients with synchronous primary cancer of endometrium and ovary were retrospectively reviewed.Results:The chief complaints of 7 patients were abnormal vaginal bleeding or fluid.The preoperative ultrasonograpy indicated pelvic mass in all of 10 patiens,but none was diagnosed correctly preoperatively.For 7 of 10 patients,both tumors were of the same histological subtype,which was endometrioid adenocarcinoma.8 patients with two cancers were both at stage I.All patientsreceived radical operation and 9 patients had postoperative chemotherapy.Nine patients were followed up for 1 to 44 months except one patient was lost,and all survived.Conclusions:Women with synchronous primary cancer of endometrium and ovary have distinct clinical characteristics including younger age and earlier stage,but correct preoperative diagnosis is difficult to make.The main treatment is radical surgery supplemented with postoperative chemotherapy,and the outcome is good.更多还原
