【摘要】 采用文献资料法、实地调查及网上查阅的方法,对国内部分普通高校体育教师和其他学科教师的职称情况调查统计发现:体育教师的高职称比例相对较低、年龄偏大,晋升时间相对较长。研究结果表明:制定科学、合理的职称评审指标体系;进一步提高体育教师的学历水平和科研能力是解决这一问题的主要对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the literature review,field survey and material searching on the internet,the paper makes a comparative research on the professional titles of college P.E.teachers and teachers of other subjects.The findings show that there are some problems in the professional degrees of college P.E.teachers,for instance,the low proportion of teachers with senior professional titles,comparatively old in age and longer period to be promoted.The paper also suggests some corresponding solutions to these problems.They are to establish scientific and sound evaluation system,to raise the educational degrees of college P.E.teachers and to improve their scientific research abilities.更多还原
