脑功能障碍治疗仪——仿真生物电刺激在缺血性脑血管病中的应用
APPLICATION OF CEREBRAL FUNCTIONAL THERAPEUTIC INSTRUMENT BIOLOGICAL ELECTRICAL STIMULATION OF SIMULATION IN ISCHEMIC CEREBROVASCULARDISEASES
【摘要】 目的:探讨脑功能障碍治疗仪—仿真生物电刺激在缺血性脑血管病中的应用。方法:利用仿真生物电刺激对50例缺血性脑血管病合并偏瘫的患者进行治疗,同时选择50例相匹配的患者进行对比分析。结果:治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组神经功能缺损程度比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:仿真生物电刺激有助于缺血性脑血管病患者运动功能的提高。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the application of cerebral functional therapeutic instrument in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Methods:Fifty patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and paralysis were treated by biological electrical stimulation of simulation and comparative analyzed with fifty matched patients . Results:The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group in nerve function damage degree with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion:Biological electrical stimulation of simulation is helpful to improve motor function in patients with ischemic cerebral vascular disease.
