【摘要】 目的:探讨丁苯酞联合脑超声波治疗急性脑梗死的治疗效果;方法:本研究以口服丁苯酞软胶囊3次/d,200mg/次,连用14d.另联合应用脑超声波SUT-800型,超声输出频率600khz,声强0.75-1.25w/cm2,治疗每日一次,每次30分钟,10天一个疗程,间隔一周再进行第二个疗程,一个月后观察疗效。本治疗方法与单用丁苯酞及单用脑超声波治疗并与普通治疗进性疗效对双观察。结果:丁苯酞联合脑超声波治疗急性脑梗死的治疗效果显著,较单用丁苯酞及单用脑超声波治疗并与普通治疗具有显著性差异P<0.01;结论:丁苯酞联合脑超声波治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore curative effect of butyl phthalide in treatment of acute cerebral infarction;Method:In this study, butylphthalide soft capsule for internal use, 200mg, 3 times a day for 14d and combined with treatment of brain-type ultrasound SUT-800 type, ultrasonic output frequency 600KHz, sound intensity 0.75-1.25w/cm2, once a day, every time was 30 minutes, 10 days were a course of treatment.After one week, do a second course of treatment, after one month curative effect was observed.
