【摘要】 目的:观察黄芪散对肝癌荷瘤小鼠P53基因表达的影响。方法:将H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠50只随机分为5组,中药高、中、低剂量组分别予以0.4ml中药灌胃,CTX组予以0.2ml(小鼠给药剂量为20mg/kg.d-)腹腔注射,模型组予以0.4ml生理盐水灌胃,每日1次,给药14天;免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织P53基因的表达,同时考察脾、胸腺指数及肿瘤抑制率。结果:黄芪散高中低剂量组都能降低H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠癌组织中P53基因的表达水平,且能升高小鼠的脾、胸腺指数。结论:黄芪散对H22肝癌荷瘤小鼠癌组织中P53基因的表达具有一定抑制作用,且能保护小鼠的免疫器官。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effect of Huangqi Powder on the expression of p53gene in mice.Methods: To study the mechanism on H22 hepatoma carcinoma cells of Huangqi Powder with the effect on expression of p53 gene on mice with H22 hepatoma carcinoma cells.Mice with H22 hepatoma carcinoma cells were randomly divided into 5groups,medicine of high,medium and low dose group were to be 0.4ml medicine administered,CTX group was 0.2ml(dose of 20mg/kg.d)intraperitoneally and the model group with 0.4ml saline,once a day and administered for 14days.The expression of P53 gene of tumor tissue were tested by immunohistochemical detection,also investigated the spleen,thymus index and tumor inhibition rate.Results: All dose groups of Huangqi Powder can reduce the expression of p53gene,and also can increase the spleen,thymus index.Conclusions: Huangqi Powder can inhabit the expression of p53 gene and protect the immune organ of mice with H22 hepatoma cells.更多还原
