【摘要】 目的研究胸大肌肌皮瓣在晚期舌癌手术后缺损修复中的应用。方法对2004年1月～2005年10月我科5例应用胸大肌肌皮瓣修复晚期舌癌手术后缺损的病例进行临床分析,并对该皮瓣的应用解剖、制作技术和优缺点进行讨论。结果本组5例胸大肌肌皮瓣修复全部成活,且随访6～22个月患者口腔功能恢复良好。结论胸大肌肌皮瓣组织量大、易存活,适宜于晚期舌癌术后缺损的即刻修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate pectoralis major myocutaneous flap for immediate reconstruction of the tongue body and the floor of the mouth after radical resection of tongue cancer.Methods Form January 2004 to October 2005,five patients with advanced tongue cancer were selected to treat with surgery,and pectoralis major myocutaneous flap were applied for immediate reconstruction of total body of tongue and floor of mouth.Results Five flaps survived well,with no submandibular fistula,infection,and other complications.After 6 to 22 month follow-up,the reconstructed tongue and floor of mouth worked well and the speaking and swallowing functions were satisfactory.Conclusion The island pectoralis major myocutaneous flap could be an ideal selection for the immediate reconstruction of the total tongue body and the floor of mouth.更多还原
