结冰风洞液滴运动及传质传热特性分析

【摘要】 针对结冰风洞喷雾系统设计和分析的需要,建立了计算液滴运动及传质传热特性的数值方法。该方法将空气流动和水滴运动解耦计算,首先采用计算流体动力学的方法模拟空气流场,在此基础上,用拉格朗日法计算水滴运动轨迹,并根据雷诺比拟计算水滴运动过程的传质传热特性。采用本文方法对液滴在3 m×2 m结冰风洞中运动及传热传质过程进行了模拟,分析了导致液滴沉降的原因,总结了影响液滴温度和直径变化的因素,得到了液滴在运动过程中沉降和蒸发的基本规律,为深入开展结冰风洞喷雾特性研究打下了较好基础。

【Abstract】 According to the need for design and analysis of spray system of an icing wind tunnel,a numerical method for computing the process of water droplet movement and evaporation was presented.The method dealt with air flow and droplet movement separately.Firstly the air flowfield in icing wind tunnel was calculated with the computational fluid dynamics method.Then the droplet movement was computed using the Lagrange method.At last,the process of heat and mass transfer was simulated using the Reynolds analogy.Characteristics of droplet movement and evaporation in an icing wind tunnel with a 3 m×2 m test section were simulated using the method.The reasons which led to droplet trajectory deviating from air streamline were analyzed.Factors affecting temperature and diameter of droplet were summarized.These works built a good basement for future research.
