中、重度负重游泳运动训练对肾上腺Cyclin D1表达的影响

【摘要】 目的研究长期游泳训练后大鼠肾上腺Cyclin D1的表达变化。方法成年SD大鼠分为中度负重(占体重3%)和重度负重(占体重5%)游泳训练2组。大鼠在水槽内进行6周训练,每天1h。6周时,取肾上腺用RT-PCR检测Cyclin D1表达水平,用t检验进行统计分析。结果重度负重导致肾上腺Cyclin D1表达上调,与中度负重组比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度游泳训练明显上调肾上腺Cyclin D1水平,提示Cyclin D1在游泳训练的肾上腺发挥有作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of moderat and heavy weight loaded-swimming on the expression of Cyclin D1 mRNA in adrenal body of rats.Methods Rats were devided into middle(3% of body weight) and heavy(5% of body weight) weight loading group,then subjected swimming training for 6 weeks.The adrenal body was collected and Cyclin D1 mRNA expression was detected by RT-PCR.Results Upregulated CyclinD1 gene expression in the heavy weight loading group was found,compared with that in the moderate weight loading group(P<0.05).Conclusion This study indicate that Cyclin D1 gene expression in rats is up-regulated by heavy burden swimming training.
