【摘要】 就对乳制品企业的食品安全防护体系建立和措施的应用进行简单的阐述,从实际出发切实做好乳品防护工作,保证产品的安全性。

【Abstract】 In this article,there is a simple description of the dairy products enterprise’s food safety protection system establishment and the measure application.From a practical standpoint,we can complete the dairy product protection work earnestly,and ensure the safety of dairy products.
