金刚石单晶的化学气相沉积制备及其在粒子探测器件中的应用

【摘要】 自2002年世界上第一颗采用化学气相沉积(CVD)方法制备的大尺寸金刚石单晶被报道之后,碳材料领域在世界范围内再一次掀起了CVD金刚石的研究热潮,单晶CVD金刚石也成为与石墨烯研究热度相当的又一种碳材料。几乎同时,将这种优异的材料在各个可能的相关领域进行应用的研究也随之被广泛地开展起来,这些研究工作逐渐表明:在新世纪单晶CVD金刚石将在能源、太空、信息等领域得到广泛的应用,其对社会生活、国家安全和科技进步将产生巨大的影响。本文在结合我们自己的工作基础上,综述了国内、外在单晶CVD金刚石制备领域的进展及其在粒子探测器件领域的应用。

【Abstract】 Large sized single crystalline diamond grain was first successfully grown by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) method in 2002.Since then,the hot tide of CVD diamond has been raised in the sphere of carbon material all over the world.In the meanwhile,the application of CVD single crystalline diamond into various spheres was also developed.These researches gradually delineated that CVD single crystalline diamond could be widely utilized in the new century,and deeply influence the society life,national defense and science development.This paper reviewed the development of CVD single crystalline diamond and application into the particle detector.
