针刺太溪穴和非穴对轻度认知障碍功能性磁共振成像的影响
Effect of Needling Taixi(KI3)Acupoint and Sham Point on Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Mild Cognitive Impairment Patients
【摘要】 目的:运用fMRI技术观察针刺轻度认知障碍(MC)I患者右侧太溪穴和非穴时不同脑区的激活情况,比较针刺太溪穴与非穴的不同。方法:将24例MCI患者,随机分为太溪穴组和非穴组,分别给予针刺右侧太溪穴和非穴;实验采用单组块设计,分为针刺前静息态、捻针状态及出针后3个模块。扫描后图像使用SPM2进行后处理。结果:针刺太溪穴激活右侧扣带回BA24、双侧额内侧回BA6、左侧中央后回BA3。针刺非穴激活左侧中央后回BA2、左侧顶下小叶BA40、左小脑。结论:与针刺非穴比较,针刺太溪穴靶向性激活了MCI患者病变脑区,且对相关脑区具有整体性调节效应。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of needling Taixi(KI3) and sham point on the activation of various encephalic region in patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI)by functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) technique.Methods:Twenty-four patients with MCI were randomly divided into KI3 group and sham point group.The patients received needling right lateral Taixi(KI3) or sham point according to the experimental method.We applied a block design,which included three blocks,resting state,rotating state and needle-withdrawing state.Scanned images were analyzed by SPM2.Results:Right cingulate gyrus(BA24),bilateral medial frontal gyrus(BA6),and left postcentral gyrus(BA3)were evoked after needling Taixi(KI3).Left postcentral gyrus(BA2),left inferior parietal lobule(BA40),and left cerebellum were evoked after needling sham point.Conclusion:Compared with needling sham point,needling Taixi(KI3) can activate the target-based encephalic region of MCI patients,and has integral adjustment on related encephalic region.
