【摘要】 从资源基础观的角度寻找企业异质性资源对其海外直接投资的推动机制,通过运用国际比较及相关数据检验代理变量的显著程度,检验这些推动因素对中国企业的影响程度的强弱。经过分析与比较得出:学习与研发能力中的研发效率与研发支出方面以及国际化经验等因素对中国企业的异质化资源的形成起到显著作用,较强的推动了对外直接投资;而管理能力以及技术的学习吸收能力对对外直接投资的推动作用较弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper seeks the promoting mechanism of firm’s unique resources to its Outward FDI according to Resource-based View(RBV).By international comparison as well as the significance of the proxy variables,the paper tries to test the extent of these promoting factors affecting Chinese firms.After the analysis and comparison,the conclusions come as follows: the R&D efficiency and expenditure in terms of learning and research capability and the factor of the experience of internationalization play significant role in the formation of Chinese firm’s unique resources and hence push vigorously to its Outward FDI,While the management skills and absorption capability play a weak role in pushing Chinese firm’s Outward FDI.更多还原
