黄连上清丸联用AT1拮抗剂治疗H型高血压的临床研究

【摘要】 目的研究黄连上清丸联合常规降压治疗对H型高血压病患者的临床疗效,及对同型半胱氨酸(HCY)等心脑血管风险因素的影响。方法将H型高血压患者82例随机分为常规降压治疗组(42例)和联合治疗组(40例)。常规降压治疗组单用AT1拮抗剂缬沙坦治疗,联合治疗组用黄连上清丸联合缬沙坦治疗,两组在实验前后分别检测血清中高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、HCY水平、颈动脉内中膜厚度等指标。结果与常规降压治疗不同,黄连上清丸联合治疗组能更有效地降低收缩压(P<0.05)、血浆HCY水平(P<0.01),更有效地升高血浆HDL水平(P<0.05)。两种治疗方法均不能改善颈动脉内中膜厚度。结论黄连上清丸联合AT1拮抗剂降压治疗能显著改善动脉硬化相关的心脑血管疾病风险因素,有利于H型高血压患者的抗动脉硬化治疗。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of combined Huang-lian-shang-qing with Valsartan for the treatment of patients with H-type hypertension. Methods 82 cases of the patients with H-type hypertension were divided into two groups: The first group of patients (n=42) was treated with Valsartan only, and the other group (n=40) was treated with both Huang-lianshang-qing and Valsartan. The levels of serum HDL, HCY, and the carotid intima-media thichness were recorded before and after the treatment. Results Patients receiving combined Huang-lian-shang-qing and Valsartan treatment had a significantly reduced systolic blood pressure (P<0.05), reduced plasma homocysteine levels (P<0.01) and a significantly elevated plasma HDL levels (P<0.05). The thickness of carotid intima-media was not changed in patients receiving these 2 groups of treatment. Conclusion Combined Huang-lian-shang-qing and Valsartan treatment can significantly improve the cardiovascular disease related to arteriosclerosis.
