【摘要】 目的观察糖皮质激素对结核性胸膜炎胸液吸收及防止胸膜肥厚的影响。方法将148例结核性胸膜炎合并胸腔积液患者,随机分为糖皮质激素观察组和对照组,每组74例。两组在给予规律抗结核治疗基础上,观察组每日加用糖皮质激素药物醋酸氢化可的松片,口服每次1片(含药20mg),1～2次/d,对照组不加用任何药物。结果观察组胸腔抽液总量为(2759.4±492.7)ml,对照组胸腔抽液总量为(3412.4±512.7)ml,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组胸膜厚度为(1.04±0.18)mm,对照组胸膜厚度为(1.37±0.28)mm,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论糖皮质激素对结核性胸膜炎合并胸腔积液患者积液的渗出起到抑制作用,并能促进积液的吸收,抑制或降低胸膜粘连厚度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of glucocorticoid on the hydrothorax absorption and prevention of pleura thickening in patients with tuberculous pleuritis.Methods 148 patients with tuberculous pleuritis and pleural effusions were equally divided into the control and glucocorticoid treatment groups.Patients in the control group received conventional antitubercle treatment,and patients in the another group received both conventional and TABELLAE HYDROCORTISONI ACETATIS,20 mg,1～2 times /day).Results The total volume of the pleural effusion in the treatment and control group was(2 759.4±492.7)ml and(3 412.4±512.7)ml,respectively.The result was significantly different(P<0.05).The chest film thickness in the treatment and the control group was(1.04±0.18)mm and(1.37±0.28)mm,respectively.The result was also significantly different(P <0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid is effective in the reduction of pleural effusions and to reduce the pleura thickening in patients with tuberculous pleuritis.更多还原
