【摘要】 目的通过对江西省上饶县晚期血吸虫病人医疗救治项目实施情况进行分析,为进一步加强晚期血吸虫医疗救助项目的管理提供科学依据。方法采用《江西省晚期血吸虫病人治疗救助信息管理系统》,对2005-2009年接受医疗救助的607例晚期血吸虫病人的相关资料进行分析。结果 607例晚期血吸虫病人中,男性占62.6%,女性占37.4%,50岁以上患者占83%。其中腹水型病人551例,占90.8%,救治1252例次,人均治疗2.3次;巨脾型病人56例,占9.2%,救治56例次,治疗次数均为1次。临床治愈及好转患者占89.0%。结论上饶县晚期血吸虫医疗救助项目取得良好社会效益,达到了症状改善,病情好转的基本救治目的 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the treatment of 607 cases of advanced schistosomiasis in Shangrao city of Jiangxi province,and to provide a scientific basis for decision-making for the management of advanced schisitosomiasis.Method According to the program of investigation of advanced schistosomiasis in Jiangxi province,to confirm the patients of advanced schistosomiasis being treated during 2005-2007 in Shangrao city of Jiangxi province,and to analyze the relative data of the total 607 cases of advanced schisitosomiasis.Results During 2005-2007 the total number of advanced schistosomiasis were 607 in Shangrao city.62.6% of them were male patients.And 83% of them were older than 50 years.Among them,90.8% were ascites type and 89% were cured or improved.Conclusion The program of investigation of advanced schistosomiasis in Shangrao city showed good social benefit by ameliorate and curing advanced schistosomiasis.更多还原
