【摘要】 目的观察聚焦超声联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性湿疹临床疗效及安全性。方法选取120例慢性湿疹患者,随机分为两组。治疗组60例,采用SNK/CZ181型超声治疗仪进行聚焦超声治疗,每周1次。复方甘草酸苷胶囊50mg每天3次(口服),盐酸司他斯汀片1mg每天2次(口服),期间外用0.05%地萘德乳膏,每曰3次。对照组仅口服盐酸司他斯汀片和外用0.05%地萘德乳膏,用法与用量同治疗组。疗程共4周。结果治疗组显效率为85.00%,对照组显效率为68.33%,两组相比显效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦超声治疗仪联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性湿疹能迅速缓解症状,缩短病程,提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of focus ultrasound apparatus combined with the compound glycyrrhizin on chronic eczema.Methods The 120 chronic eczema patients were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases)were treated with the SNK/CZ181 focus ultrasonic apparatus once a week.And each patient were also orally given 50mg compound glycyrrhizin for injection three times a day,1mg setastine hydrochloride tablets once a day and 0.05% desonide cream was used externally three times a day,and control group(also 60 cases)each was orally given setastine hydrochloride tablets and 0.05% of desonide cream with the same dosage the treatment group for a course of four weeks.Results The rate of effectiveness in the treatment group was 85.00%,but only 68.33% in the control group,showing statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Focus ultrasound apparatus incombination with compound glycyrrhizin is effective for treatment of chronic eczema.更多还原
