【摘要】 目的观察加味四君子汤治疗肠易激综合征的临床药效。方法将98例肠易激综合征患者随机分为2组。对照组46例口服匹维溴铵、谷维素治疗;治疗组52例,采用加味四君子汤治疗,随证加减。结果 2组治疗后总有效率、主要症状(腹痛、排便次数、腹泻)积分、主要症状起效时间三方面比较均有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论加味四君子汤治疗肠易激综合征有较好疗效,具有对主要症状改善明显、起效快的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Modified Sijunzitang treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 98 cases of irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups.46 cases in the control group took orally pinaverium bromide and oryzanol as treatment;52 cases in the treatment group,took Modified Four Gentlemen Decoction,subtraction with the card.Results After treatment,the differences in the total efficiency,the main symptoms(abdominal pain,bowel movements,diarrhea)points and the main symptom onset time of the two groups were significant(P<0.05),with the treatment group superior to the control group.Conclusion Modified Sijunzitang treatment of irritable bowel syndrome has good effect,with the main symptoms eased significantly and the onset time being short.更多还原
