咸宁市血吸虫病综合防治效果分析
Effectiveness of comprehensive control of schistosomiasis in Xianning City
【摘要】 目的分析咸宁市血吸虫病流行现状与疫情,并评价血吸虫病防治措施与效果。方法调查2005~2009年咸宁市血吸虫流行情况、综合防治措施及其投入情况,综合分析血吸虫防治成本效益。结果 (1)综合防治措施效果突出,流行县市的血吸虫病疫情、螺情和耕牛感染率均大幅度下降,基本达到了血吸虫病疫情控制标准;(2)部分血防措施效果不明显,如两个县市在水利血防投入分别占总费用的39.24%、51.48%,但有螺面积仅下降了2.71%和7.53%。结论咸宁市"以传染源控制为主"的综合防治措施对控制血吸虫病的传播与流行具有积极的作用,应采取有效措施进一步完善与落实。及时调整防治费用的投入方向,加强水利血防工程的维护和管理,实施垸内钉螺孳生地综合治理项目。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the current infection of schistosomiasis and evaluate the effectiveness of meaures in control of schistosomiasis in Xianning City.Methods The prevalence and schistiosomiasis,the results of coomprehensive conrol measures and the cost-effectiveness in Xianning City in 2005~2009 were analyzed.Results The effectiveness of comprehensive measures for control of schistosomiasis was prominent.The infection of schistomiasis in endemic counties an cities,infection rate of snails and cattles with cercariae dropped markedly to have basically attained the criteria of schistosomiasis control.But there were still problems such as the(1)the snail breding area in two counties prevalent with schistomiasis only reduced 2.71% and 7.53% though the sums of fund spent on schistomiasis-control water conservancy projects in the two counties accounted for 39.24% and 51.48% of the total expendure.Conclusion The comprehensive schistosomiasis control measeure focused on contol of source of infection have played an important role in controlling the spread and prevalence,thus be perfected and implemented.To strngthen comprehensive control and management of schistosomiasis it is proposed that the fund should be rantionaly allocated based on local control actual conditions,the schistosomiasis-control water conservancy projects be continuosly maitained as well as the implementation of integrated management of snail-breeding habitat in the embarkment areas.
