【摘要】 目的应用马前子丸治疗成人大骨节病患者,观察马前子丸治疗止痛效果。方法选吉林省通化县二密镇成人Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度有疼痛症状大骨节病人93例进行3个疗程治疗,于1年后进行了随访。结果服用马前子丸3个疗程后,治愈12例,明显好转32例,好转21例,治疗总有效率达到71.43%;服药1年后对85例进行了随访复查,治愈15例,明显好转25例,好转17例,治疗总有效率达到69.51%,较服用3个疗程药物后稍低。结论马前子丸对成人大骨节病有较满意的治疗效果,特别是远期治疗效果较好,值得在病区推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Maqianzi capsule on adult patients with Kaschin-Beck disease(KBD).Methods 93 adult patients with KBD(including StageⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ)with pain at Ermi town,Tonghua County,Jilin province were selected for 3 periods of treatment.And the patients were followed up one year later.Results After treatment for three courses,12 cases were cured,32 improved markedly and 21 improved,the total effective rate was 71.43%,85 cases were followed up for a yearr after treatment,15 cases were cured,25 improved markedly and 17 improved,and the total effective rate was 69.51%.Conclusion Maqianzi capsule showed satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of adult KBD patients,especially the long-term effect.Therefore,it was worthy of popularizing in the endemic areas.更多还原
