【摘要】 目的观察银杏叶片对高血脂和颈动脉粥样硬化的治疗效果。方法收集2010年4月～12月于我社区服务中心就诊的102例颈动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为两组。一组给予银杏叶片(治疗组)50例,一组给予阿伐他丁(阳性对照组)52例。治疗1个月后开始随访,随访期为6个月,评价疗效。结果银杏叶片组与阿伐他丁组(对照组)比较,TG、TC、LDL-C和颈动脉内-中膜变化程度组间差异不显著(P>0.05);银杏叶片组治疗3月后血脂水平(TG、TC、LDL-C)开始降低,六个月颈动脉内-中膜厚度与治疗前比较明显变薄(P<0.05);阿伐他丁组治疗1个月后血脂水平即降低,6个月颈动脉内-中膜厚度与治疗前比较明显变薄(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶片能有效降低动脉粥样硬化患者的血脂浓度,并且能够显著改善血管内皮功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Observe the effect of Gingko leaf blade which lowers high blood fats and cures carotid atherosclerosis.Methods The samples were atherosclerotic suffered by duplex scanning over 40 years old from April,2010 to December,2010.102 patients were divided into 2 groups stochastically.One group was given the gingko the leaf blade(treatment group) 50 examples,the other was given Atorvastatin Calcium(masculine control group) 52 examples.Results Making a follow-up visit after giving cure until the six months and assessing the effect.Finally the levels of the TG,TC,LDL-C of the treatment,comparing with Atorvastatin Calcium were not different(P>0.05);However,the levels of the TG,TC,LDL-C of the patients in the gingko leaf blade group become lower after 3 months,after six months the Carotid artery intima-media thickness became obviously thin(P<0.05);the same results got in the Atorvastatin Calcium(masculine control group).Conclusions The gingko leaf blade can reduce atherosclerosis patient’s blood fats density effectively,and can obviously improve the blood vessel bast function.更多还原
