【摘要】 目的:探讨亲属活体肾移植供者术前的心理问题及护理干预措施。方法:分析80例亲属活体肾移植供者的心理问题,并给予针对性护理干预措施,比较其干预前后心理问题发生率。结果:本组供者干预后精神紧张、手术知识缺乏、担心手术疼痛、对手术缺乏信心、担心术后性功能改变、对手术有顾虑等心理问题发生率低于干预前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:对亲属活体肾移植供者术前进行心理问题分析,并给予针对性护理干预,可有效减轻其心理压力,提高手术成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the preoperative psychological problems of living related donors for kidney transplantation and discuss nursing intervention measures.Methods: The preoperative psychological problems of 80 living related donors for kidney transplantation were analyzed and they were given pertinent nursing intervention,then the incidence of psychological problems were compared before and after nursing intervention.Results: The psychological problems like mental stress,lack of knowledge about operation,worrying about pain in the operation and about postoperative change of sexual function,lack of confidence and other problems were lower after the intervention than those before the intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: The pertinent nursing intervention based on the analysis of preoperative psychological problems of living-related donors can effectively reduce their psychological pressure and increase the successful rate of operation.更多还原
