【摘要】 目的:探讨高压氧在治疗外伤性脊髓损伤患者的效果及护理方法。方法:将78例脊髓损伤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各39例,伤后2周内两组均行减压、脊柱内固定术,对照组使用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上配合高压氧治疗。结果:治疗组显效率为71.8%,对照组为25.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在感觉平面及运动平面得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧综合治疗脊髓损伤可以有效促进患者脊髓功能恢复,降低致残率,改善患者预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) therapy in the treatment of traumatic spinal cord injury and nursing methods.Methods: 78 patients with traumatic spinal cord injury were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group(39 cases in each group).The patients in both groups were treated with decompression and spinal internal fixation within 2 weeks after injury.The conventional treatment was used in the control group and hyperbaric oxygen therapy was additionally applied to the patients in the treatment group based on the conventional treatment.Results: The effectual rate was 71.8% in the treatment group and 25.6% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05);the comparison of the scores in the sensory and motor level was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of traumatic spinal cord injury can effectively promote the functional recovery of spinal cord,reduce disability rate and improve the prognosis of patients.更多还原
