【摘要】 目的:探讨自行研发封闭式负压引流装置在严重压疮患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2008年10月～2011年10月的40例应用自行研发封闭式负压引流装置治疗的Ⅲ～Ⅳ期压疮患者作为实验组,随机抽取同期40例未行封闭式负压引流装置治疗同类患者作为对照组,观察、比较两组疗效、创面清洁时间、住院时间、医疗费用及感染发生情况。结果:实验组治愈率、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),伤口清洁时间、住院天数、医疗费用及伤口感染率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自行研发封闭式负压引流装置在治疗严重压疮患者方面效果较好,且安全可靠、医疗费用少,具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of the self-made closed negative pressure drainage device to the patients with severe pressure sore.Methods: 40 patients who were treated with the self-made closed negative pressure drainage device from October 2008 to October 2011 were taken as experimental group and the patients in this group suffered from pressure sore at III to IV stage.Other 40 patients who did not receive the treatment with the device in the same period were taken as control group.The therapeutic effect,wound cleaning time,hospitalization time,medical expenses and incidence of infection were observed and compared between the two groups.Results: The cure rate and total effective rate were higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05);wound cleaning time,hospitalization days,medical cost and the wound infection rate were lower in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The self-made closed negative pressure drainage device is effective in the treatment of severe pressure sore.It has the advantages of safety,less expense and high value in clinical application.更多还原
