【摘要】 介绍了500kA大型预焙铝阳极电解槽投产的前期准备、装炉、焙烧、启动、分流方法以及启动后期技术条件的保持等环节,分析了焙烧启动过程中出现的现象,为同类型铝电解槽焙烧启动提供了实践经验。

【Abstract】 Some works such as preliminary preparation,loading,baking,startup,shunt and technical conditions of post startup are introduced,and some appearing phenomenon during baking and startup are analyzed so as to supply practical experience for the same type of pots.
