大型预焙槽分段焙烧二次启动生产实践
Practice of sectional baking and restarting on high amperage prebaked anode pots
【摘要】 结合实际介绍了一种新型二次启动方法-燃气铝液分段焙烧二次启动,并与传统的焦粒焙烧方法进行了比较分析,指出了分段焙烧在保护槽内衬延长大型预焙槽槽寿命方面的优势。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new type of baking and restart method-gas and liquid aluminium baking and restart.After comparing with the traditional baking method with coke particles,the sectional baking method has advantages in protecting pot lining and extending pots life.
