【Abstract】 This paper examines the cessation and the platform decommissioning in Frigg field and the regulations of OSPAR decision 98/3.In particular the paper introduces the public consultation,environment impact assessment,risk to environment and people,engineering project,responsibility between government authorities and producers,as well as the stakeholders.The article also gives advices of the regulation and technology research to the platform industries.更多还原
