【摘要】 基于GB15086—2006《汽车门锁及车门保持件的性能要求和试验方法》、GTR No.1和ECE R11法规中对汽车门锁耐惯性力的要求,论述了汽车门锁耐惯性力的试验要求,分析了门锁耐惯性力计算存在的难点,并提出了解决办法。给出了门锁耐惯性力的计算过程,总结了试验方法与计算方法的差异,并进行了试验对比验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to GB 15086-2006 Motor vehicles-door locks and door retention components-performance requirements and test methods,GTR No.1 and ECE R11,the test requirements of the inertial load resistance of motor vehicles’ door locks are introduced,the difficulties of calculation of inertial load resistance of the door locks is analyzed and the solution is put forward.The calculation process is given,finally,the differences between test and calculation is summarized,tests are conducted for comparing to and validating calculation.更多还原
