【摘要】 网络危机事件已成为当前社会和谐度与稳定度的标志,成为政府和社会各界的关注焦点。为研究网络危机信息传播的一般规律,以SIR模型为基础,结合网络传播的复杂性等特性,利用多主体建模仿真方法,构建了SRQ网络危机信息传播模型,并运用Netlogo仿真平台对模型进行了仿真。通过真实数据与仿真数据的对比,验证了模型的合理性,并通过调整模型中"意见领袖"的比例、危机信息的模糊度、政府的公信力等影响因素的参数值,探寻各影响因素对网络危机信息传播整体趋势的影响,为企业和政府制定应对网络危机的策略提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Network crisis has become a sign of the social harmony and stability and the focus of government and various sectors of the community.To find the general rule of network crisis information dissemination,using SIR model as the foundation,combined with the complexity of the network dissemination characteristics,this paper constructs the SRQ network crisis information dissemination model by multi-agent modeling and simulating methods.Then,by using Netlogo simulation platform,the proposed model is simulated.By comparing the real data and simulation data,the rationality of the model is verified.Besides,through adjusting the parameter values of the proportion of "opinion leaders" in the model,the fuzzy degree of the crisis information,the credibility of the government and other influencing factors,the influence of those factors on the overall trend of the network crisis information dissemination is explored,thus provides a scientific basis for the government and enterprises to formulate the proper strategy in dealing with network crisis.更多还原
