【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the game phenomenon in the construction of the characteristic database,and argues that the fundamental cause of the bad performance of the database construction team is the conflict between individual rationality and collective rationality.To improve the performance of the database construction team,it’s necessary for the database construction team to have a common vision,construct the scientific performance appraisal system,establish the effective incentive mechanism and strengthen the cultural construction of the team.更多还原
