【摘要】 文章基于制度变迁理论的视角,以昌北高校图书馆联盟为例,分析了区域图书馆联盟文献传递服务中的制度变迁收益与成本,提出了区域图书馆联盟文献传递服务的制度优化策略。

【Abstract】 From the perspective of the theory of system change,and taking Changbei Academic Library Alliance(CALA) for example,this article analyzes the benefit and cost of system change in the literature transfer service of regional library alliance,and puts forward the system optimization strategies in the literature transfer service of regional library alliance.
