【摘要】 目的探索BMP-4对体外培养的人毛乳头细胞增殖和迁移的影响。方法将含不同浓度BMP-4的MSCM培养基培养毛乳头细胞48h后行MTT检测毛乳头细胞的增殖情况;将铺满90%培养皿底的毛乳头细胞划痕后以含不同浓度BMP-4的MSCM培养基培养,分别于0h,8h,24h和48h测量毛乳头细胞爬行的距离。结果 10%BMP-4能促进毛乳头细胞的增殖和迁移。结论 BMP-4对于毛囊形成及发育具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of BMP-4 on human dermal papilla cell proliferation and migration.Methods The dermal papilla cells were cultured and treated with BMP-4 of different concentration,and MTT method was used to evaluate the proliferation of cells.The dermal papilla cells were cultured in 12-well plates and a single scratch wound was made in each well;then the cells were treated with BMP-4 of different concentration.The distance of cell migration was measured.Results BMP-4 at the concentration of 10ug/ml promoted the proliferation and migration of human dermal papilla cells.Conclusion BMP-4 play an important role in hair follicle development and growth更多还原
