【摘要】 专业认同度直接影响着大学生的专业学习以及今后的职业发展。通过某财经大学经管类毕业生专业认同的问卷调查,表明经管类毕业生的专业认同度总体处于中上水平,在专业认知、专业情感方面的认同度较高,而在专业行为认同度方面偏低。财经院校在培养与提高大学生专业认同度方面可"大有作为":可细化专业培养目标,体现差异性,避免宽泛;可强化实验实践教学;可加强专业学习环境建设;可改革专业培养方式;可开展全员全程的职业指导教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 the professional identity directly impacts on the college students’ professional learning as well as their future career development.Through a questionnaire survey of the professional identity among university graduates of finance and economics,it shows that although the professional identity of the graduates is overall above the average in the professional cognitive and emotional identity in profession,while in the aspects of professional behavior identity it is lower.There are still a lot todo to cultivate the students and improve the students’ professional identity.The professional training objectives can be refined,aiming to reflect differences,avoid covering a wide range,strengthen the experimental teaching and professional learning environment construction,reform the professional training mode,and carry out the full career guidance education.更多还原
