【摘要】 目的:探讨卵巢交界性肿瘤的临床特征和治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析24例卵巢交界性上皮肿瘤的临床资料。结果:发病年龄平均40.5岁,Ⅰ期17例占70.8%,黏液性9例占37.5%,浆液性15例占62.5%。治疗后3例占12.5%复发。治疗以手术为主,11例(45.8%)行根治性手术,3例术后辅以化疗,13例(54.2%)行保守性手术,其中1例在随访期间正常妊娠及分娩。结论:卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤预后良好,手术是其有效的治疗手段,对临床Ⅰ期,尤其需保留生育功能者,保守性手术较安全有效,术后加强随访。而对Ⅱ期及以上患者,仍主张行根治性手术以减少复发机会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical features and management of borderline ovarian tumor.Methods:Aretrospective survey was conducted in 24 patients with borderline ovarian tumor diagnosed between February 2004 and May 2011.Results:Mean age was 40.5 years.17 cases(70.8%) were in stageⅠ,9 patients(37.5%) had mucinous borderline tumors,15 patients(62.5%) serous.3 case(12.5%) developed a recurrence.All patients were operated,3 received postoperative chemotherapy.Of the 13 patients who underwent conservative management,1 patients delivered babies.Conclusions:Ovarian borderline epithelial tumor appears to have a favorable prognosis,surgery is the proved only effective treatment till now.As to young cases having bearing demand, Conservative surgery may be opetated.Conservative surgery is proper treatment for young women with borderline ovary tumors in stageⅠ,but careful follow-up will be required to detect tumor recurrence.But for patients of stageⅡand beyond,radical operation should be done in order to reduce the recurrence.更多还原
