【摘要】 介绍了一种用高效液相色谱法测定牛奶和奶粉中三聚氰胺的快速方法.牛奶和奶粉试样中的三聚氰胺用乙腈∶甲醇溶液提取,提取液经离心、浓缩后,用高效液相色谱仪-二级管阵列测定器测定,外标法定量.该方法的线性范围为0.50～100mg/L,定量检出限为1.0mg/kg,添加浓度范围为1.0～5.0mg/kg,回收率为83.8%～96.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.27%～8.62%.测定方法操作简便、快速,回收率高,适用于牛奶和奶粉中三聚氰胺的快速测定.更多还原

【Abstract】 A new method for rapid determination of melamine in milk and milk powder by high performance liquid chromatography is presented.Samples were extracted with acetronitrile/methanol,the extracts were then centrifuged and condensed.Sample solution was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array detection,quantified by external standard.Linear range is 0.50-100 mg/L.At the spiked level of 1.0-5.0 mg/kg,the recoveries were ranged from 83.8% to 96.5%,the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 1.27%-8.62%.The method is quick and easy,with good recovery,and good at practicability,suitable for determination of melamine in milk and milk powder.更多还原
