【摘要】 通过收入分布函数分析居民食物消费将更容易理解不同收入等级人群在食物消费数量上的差异。本文利用Matlab软件,基于我国1985—2009年部分年份农村居民粮食消费统计数据,模拟了不同时期我国各收入等级农村居民粮食消费的演变,进一步分析了不同收入等级人群粮食直接消费的静态差异和动态变化趋势,研究表明,粮食在居民生活中重要性日益下降,收入因素在农村居民粮食消费中的影响力逐渐减弱,为今后研究食物消费、营养变化和农村贫困等问题奠定更科学细致的方法基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The income distribution would have more advantages in understanding the discrepancies of food consumption among residents with different income levels.Based on statistical data of rural household on food consumption over the period of 1985-2009,the paper simulates the evolution of grain consumption for different income level households in rural China using Matlab software.Then the static discrepancies,as well as the dynamic trends,of direct grain consumption among the groups with different income level is also analyzed,to provide a better scientific and detailed methodology for further researches on food consumption,nutrition change and rural poverty.更多还原
