【摘要】 目的探讨澳大利亚/新西兰风险管理标准AS/NZS4360:2004(以下简称澳新风险管理标准)在急诊护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法按照澳新风险管理标准建立急诊护理风险管理框架,制定工作标准、工作流程和工作指引,并与实施前1年进行对比分析。结果实施护理风险管理后护理投诉事件、护理缺陷、医务人员被伤害事件发生率明显降低,患者满意度明显提高。结论澳新风险管理标准通过对风险的识别、分析、处理等过程管理达到对风险的预防和控制,是一个能有效地控制急诊护理风险的管理工具,值得学习和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of risk management with the Australia/New Zealand Risk Management Standard AS/NZS4360:2004 in emergency care and to provide a new method to prevent nursing risk.Methods Emergency care risk management framework was established and work standards,processes and operating instructions were developed according to Australia/New Zealand Risk Management Standard AS/NZS4360:2004 and the management before and after the application of new management was compared.Results There were less nursing complaints and adverse events from patients as well as less injuries medical staff suffered after the implementation of risk management,which reflected significant difference.Conclusion The standard of Australia/New Zealand Risk Management Standard AS/NZS4360:2004 is a simple and effective risk management tool.更多还原
