The Medicinal Value and Series Produce Processing of Purple Sweet Potato
【摘要】 详细介绍了紫色甘薯的营养成分及其药用功能的研究现状,简述了风靡国内市场的紫色甘薯脆片、紫色甘薯软糖、紫色地瓜干等系列产品的加工。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the research status of nutritional components and medicinal value of purple sweet potato in detail,and describes briefly the produce processing of purple sweet potato chips,sweet potato soft sweets,dried purple sweet potato,and so on.
