【Abstract】 The value conflicts among nations,countries and their cultures become much wider in the scale,various in forms,longer to eliminate due to globalization.However,the theory restrict and the practical damage of constructing value recognition or pursuing value differences make it is urgent to reach value consensus.Believing in the communication principle of learning from each other and keeping harmonious relationship though with different idea,establishing the understanding and respecting among contacts,implementing limited the restrict principle of positive freedom and gradualism,maintaining reasonable tension of multi-values,being based on the unified principle of interest demand and ideal long-cherished wish,realizing all human cultures harmoniously development,will be all beneficial to urge the formulation of value consensus,and human’s harmony and prosperity.更多还原
