粉煤灰电选脱碳摩擦器气固两相流场数值模拟
Numerical Simulation on Gas-Solid Two Phase in Friction Device of Decarbonization from Fly Ash by Electrical Separation
【摘要】 在求解连续气相流场计算收敛的基础上引入离散相,通过相间耦合计算得到不同粒径的喷射源颗粒以速度20m/s、质量流量0.005kg/s进入摩擦器后的运动轨迹、速度场及浓度场的分布情况。研究摩擦器内气固两相流场的分布情况,为摩擦器优化设计及摩擦电选研究奠定了理论基础。
【Abstract】 The disperse phase is put into the continuous gas flow field after the calculational model is convergent and steady.The two-phase flow field is calculated by the two phase coupling.The flow field describes the trajectory,velocity and concentration field distribution of particles with different granularity.The particles with jet speed of 20m/s and mass flow of 0.005kg/s before coming into the frictional device.The distribution of gas-soild two phase flow field in the friction device is studied.The theoretical basis is provided for optimal design of friction device triboelectrification charge intensifying.
