【摘要】 目的:探索治疗腋臭较为合理的手术方法。方法:自2006年2月～2011年6月共136例腋臭患者采用改进后的小切口去除顶浆大汗腺治疗。标记腋毛区,做腋窝正中沿皱襞方向小切口,长1.5cm,将组织剪紧贴真皮以剪除淡黄色颗粒和脂肪脂肪。结果:经6-18月随访135例无复发,患者切口均I期愈合,未出现血运障碍等并发症,术后瘢痕不明显,有1例复发。结论:经过完善的小切口掏除大汗腺的方法是一种治愈率高,瘢痕轻,不影响功能的治疗腋臭较好的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Exploration treatment underarm odor more reasonable surgery method.Methods From August 2006 to June 2011,136 patients with osmidroris had been treated by excision of apocrine gland.The mark of axillaly hairs were performed first,and then the apocrine glands and adipose were removed away through the 1.5cm long miniincision on the central of axillary hair area which paralleled the axillary furrow.Results After 6 to 18 months following up,135 patients were cured primarily without any complications such as skin necrosis and scar contracture.The patients were satisfied with concealed incision,aesthetic contour and functional blood flow,and 1 case was recurrence.Conclusion The improvement underarm odor excision method is an effective method for high cure rate,the scar reduces obviously,non-function barrier.更多还原
