【摘要】 目的:探讨微创腔镜辅助下注射式隆胸填充物聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶取出的可行性并总结手术经验。方法:9例共17只乳腺注射式隆胸填充物聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶在腔镜辅助下行取出术,对切口选择、手术效果及手术经验进行总结。结果:17只乳房注射式隆胸填充物聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶在腔镜辅助下绝大部分被取出,术中镜下观察创腔无聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶残留,术后3～6月随访,B超检查14只乳腺未发现聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶残留,2只乳房外下象限见少量聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶残留,1只乳房腺体内见低回声结节。结论:微创腔镜辅助下注射隆胸聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶取出术可去除大部分聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶,手术损伤小,安全、可靠,术后切口美观,在临床上有一定的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility and conclude experiment of an operation in which removing breast foreign body resulted from augmentation with polyacrylamide hydrogel injection under endoscope-assisted.Methods All 17 breasts in 9 patients were removed breast foreign body resulted from augmentation with polyacrylamide hydrogel injection under endoscope-assisted.It has draw a conclusion about the selection of the best incision and effect and experiment of operation.Results A majority of polyacrylamide hydrogel be removed under endoscope-assisted in 17 breast.The polyacrylamide hydrogel were not seen under endoscopy during an opration.Follow-up of the 17 patients for 3 months showed no discovered polyacrylamide hydrogel in 14 breasts,polyacrylamide hydrogel were discovered in 2 breasts,hypoechoic nodule was discovered in 1 breasts on B-ultrasonic examination.Conclusions A majority of polyacrylamide hydrogel may be removed under endoscope-assisted.It is safe and feasible and gives good cosmetic results remove of polyacrylamide hydrogel under endoscope-assisted.We believe that offers another selection of removing breast foreign body resulted from augmentation with polyacrylamide hydrogel injection.更多还原
