【摘要】 介绍了国内外冷作模具用钢的发展概况和趋势,对新型冷作模具用钢的性能与热处理进行了较详细的阐述,并针对我国今后模具钢的研发进行了展望。提高模具钢的冶炼技术,以保证模具钢的性能要求,开发与完善模具材料系列,正确选用热处理技术,改善模具的冷热加工工艺,提高了产品质量和模具寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development survey and trend of cold-working die steels both at home and abroad were introduced,and the properties and heat-treatment of the new cold-working die steels were expounded in detail,then the future development prospect of the die steels in our country were given.The smelting technology of the die steels should be improved to guarantee the property requirements,and the material series of die should be developed and perfected.Meanwhile,the heat treatment technology should be selected accurately,and the cold and hot working process should be improved to enhance the product quality and die life.更多还原
